What data we process
We process the information you enter: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), addresses, household size, meters, usage readings, vehicles, home improvements and similar household data. We also log technical information such as IP address for security events (e.g. failed logins) and use cookies/session for login and language preference.

The purpose is to provide the service: account administration, usage and CO₂ overview, insights and support. Processing is necessary to perform the contract for using the service (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and, where relevant, to pursue our legitimate interest in securing the service (art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. Security logs are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. When you delete the account, it is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days by default (you can choose a different period). After that we delete or anonymise related personal data unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR. You can export your own data and delete your account in the app under Settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is hosted by our hosting provider. Account-confirmation and password-reset emails are sent via our SMTP provider. Weather data is fetched from Open-Meteo without sending your personal data. We do not share household data with third parties for marketing.
